After BITS...

So finally a B.E graduate...!!!! I don believe it.. Well who cares.. After all I got myself certified by my college as so called "B.E. (Hons) Computer Science" graduate.. Holidays for eternity to me as I reached my home in Chennai. I should have asked this question before I reached home - 'What am I going to do till I join MBA in IIT Madras ( sorry guys still a dilemma on how they chose me.. by the way sab kuch chalta hain is duniya mein.. :) ...) On May 17th 2008 prepared to depend on my laziness, loving the bed and hugging the pillows till the clock ticks over and over again. Constantly some one would reprise me " Son, RIP... ". Absolute bliss.... But something would ultimately wake me up... Wonder what !!!!!... Guys, guys.. it is time to watch TV hoping sometime or the other to see Trisha... Sometimes TV is boring.. Time to open my laptop and listen to heavy metal.. Wow!!! my favorite past time.. 'Frantic' by Metallica... James.. my James ... Bloody hell how do u sing like that.. "You live it or you lie it!"

Birth is pain..
Life is pain..
Death is pain..
Its all the same..

How true na ?.. Well we learn from many things.. What has taught is me is music and movies..
Kindles the spirit which is not obvious to everyone. Pretence is a powerful tool without which survival is trivial. Ya baby.. and Nothing else matters..

"Brush your teeth fast dear.. you are hungry.." . This is what my stomach made me realise... Chalo ghar ka khana khathe hain.. Dosa, Idly, Pongal, etc.. wow.. my home is a Saravana Bhawan.. Order anything it will be done.. Time to read 'The Hindu'. Kya kare bhai.. time pass toh hona hain naa.. Chalo Editorial nikalo.. phir baad mein Crossword... Please don get scared... One thing I ve learnt to do while preparing for MBA... Learnt atleast something na...

Ok mid afternoon.. Still relentlessly listening to music.. My laptop is a boon to me.. One thing that always happens to me.. My subliminal mind automatically shifts itself to romantic mood..
It happens yaar.. whats wrong in it.. I know some of the eyebrows would be raised.. Who cares.
'Layla' by Eric Clapton was waiting in Queue (one word I learnt in my course of Computer Science)... for me to hear.. Start your riff Eric.. Wonder how many times I ve listened to it.. My heart still hums slowly.. Oh God have I turned my romantic mode now.. !!!!!

Ok corporate stuffs.. Where is my copy of 'Made in Japan' by Akio Morita ( the Sony guy.. mera number kab aayega...)???? Chill guys.. It is a cool book.. At least easier to comprehend than Objectivism by Ayn Rand.. Look at the time.. Its 4.. Time for a bath.. Have to meet VIPs... who else my friends... Ya man.. cool.. Nice place to sip cola and talk about general stuffs.. Good to see friends meeting up for a generic cause of sighting ( if you know what I mean... )...

Hmm... now what.. Head back home??? ya.. sure why not.. Yes mom, I am coming back to you.. Still the tune of Bryan Adams's Coming Back to you.. Humming.. 'Like a star that guides the ship across the ocean.. Thats how your love will take me home back to you.. If I wish upon that star .. to the place where you are.. and I know that day is coming soon.. Ya I am coming back to you.. '

Chalo bhai.. yup.. Responded to my conditional behavior of my hunger I now see TV.. Boring job yaar.. You know this is the time of the day where I reflect what I've done today.. Sort of self analysis.. mostly result would be pretty obvious - ' I wasted my day'. Wow! Kya Analysis tha yaar.. kamaal kar diya.. My conscience takes the role of Karan Thapar as in Devil's Advocate.. I respond to it by my default behavior - contemplate....

Tick, tick, tick... Clock ticks on.. Is it time for bed? No way... I can't deter my principles which I've learnt in BITS... We don't generally sleep in college.. Now I come to know how these insomniacs are produced. I am partially insomniac but some time I really act as Kumbakarna.. Ok fine.. sometimes I do sleep under the luxury of AC at home.. Time to think of a dream girl in dreams which is not controlled by me.. Wish I could control it.. Waise sab kuch chalta hain is duniya mein.... Ultimately, my body clock rests as I doze off.. I've lived ( or probably wasted) my one day of life which I am grateful to God.. Sometimes working is not everything.. You sometimes need to do nothing to stay alive... For those who think doing nothing is an easy task, don't just debate prove it to me...

Many BE graduates, specially who placed in IT companies, would have realised this by the end of final year.

And this is Prasad.K.M
